❌Don’t try to R U S H things,
🌿that need time to G R O W.
I am a mover and shaker by nature.
I move quickly - and usually not gently 🤷🏼♀️.
I bump into things, I walk with a heavy heel (always on a mission 😂),
and believe it or not this has only gotten B E T T E R since I started doing yoga.
Rushing things always comes with a price.
Whether it’s missing the moment,
falling or getting hurt,
or not doing things fully or correctly.
At least for me, there’s always a hiccup.
Yoga has helped me to E N J O Y the process,
and T R U S T the process.
To not R U S H this process.
Know that everything W I L L come,
when it’s supposed to.
Saw this headstand variation by my girl crush @jessicaolie and just had to give it a try.
The first few times I tried it I got the arm variation within maybe 5 seconds of being IN the headstand, and then fell over.
This one I take almost 40 seconds to get into the variation, but it’s much more controlled and gentle.
No where near how my soul sister does it, but there’s always things to work towards.
❌Don’t R U S H the process,
❤️enjoy the C U R R E N T moment.
🙏🏻It’s the O N L Y one we have.
