In the past two years, working out has not only become my stress reliever, it's become my most-focused prayer time and to have this time back has been a huge mental boost. It's also been incredibly freeing to workout for the simple goal of keeping my body strong for this baby. There are ZERO expectations as far as results go other than for the pure, simple sake of health! And, if it makes labor, delivery, recovery any easier, I'm all for that too 😃 .
