About last night: a rustic dining experience - I appreciate all the little details people do to make dining such comfortable and warm setting. Crackers and cheese, garlic bread 🍞 and aperitif for a start, crispy skin salmon on a bed of boiled green beans and lightly sautéed cherry 🍒 tomatoes and mushrooms 🍄 served with chilli tomato 🍅 sauce on the side. Dessert was chocolate 🍫 ice cream with berries and sprinkles of chocolate flakes. And lots of berry and lemon 🍋 infused water 💦 for drinks. Alcohol was served but I'd have to drive home so not for me.
Otherwise a simple and yet well thought of presentation - I am certainly missing gourmet dining. Great company as well - a couple of intelligent, smart young people = a quality discourse - just perfect when you can have that level of discussion that's is easy and has depth. #rusticdining #chilleddinner
