Hi! I'm Tabi - I am fifteen and I want to live healthier. Mostly my goal is to build muscle and to adapt to a healthier diet as my eating habit was pretty bad recently.
Also I want to educate myself about nutrition and things like that. -
I am currently doing a #runtasticresults 12 week training plan as I managed to get three months #runtasticpremium through the fantastic @runtastic rewards. -
okay this was such a weird workout because I made so much noise while doing the Tuck Jumps that I did them really slow or paused in between because I was scared of someone coming in 😂 My hostfamily doesn't know what I'm doing in my room and the walls are extraordinarily thin.
the workout was pretty easy though, so I might still do one full body or abs workout later.
