■ Petit footing hebdomadaire en EF à jeun... rien d'extraordinaire jusque là 😥 A par que j'ai failli me faire écraser comme une crêpe. Une bonne galette bretonne supplément chantilly. Par un bon gros connard qui à 7h du mat avait décidé que Paris lui appartenait. Et que les passages piétons étaient optionnels 🖕
■ Connard...je n'ai vraiment pas d'autres mots. Heureusement j'ai eu le réflexe de ma vie, c'est le cas de le dire. Je ne parle même pas du fait qu'il se soit permis de m'insulter 😲 Toujours sur mon passage piéton. Le mec insiste. Bref. Le genre de chose qui te donne envie de repartir dans ta montagne très loin de l'espèce humaine 😠 ■ Bonne semaine sportive à tous 😘 ▪

Easy midday run, during lunch hour. I have to admit, the good weather really felt good, although my legs were somewhat tired😅✌🏼☀️

There are 2 things I carry in my heart (and outfit) for every race I do:
My country's flag, because it represents who I am and where I come from. It tells the story of my people and all those who came before me 🇲🇽 My Every Mother Counts shirt, because it reminds me of why I run. It symbolizes something I deeply believe in: that every mother deserves access to health care regardless of her zip code 💕

Exactly 1 month for the Knickerbocker 60K in Central Park, where I get to jump at the finish line with my flag and singlet.

A onda se život naglo zakomplikuje jer se nigdje ne spominje pašteta, hrenovka, kobasica, čajna, uštipci, pita, sarma, špinjetak i sl.
Pazi ovamo🤣 Ako već hoćeš neku promjenu, znači da to što si jeo/la dosad, nema efekta pa zapravo moraš mijenjati svoje navike u ishrani. Preporuka su jaja, svježi sir, (moja kravica je najrasprotranjeniji ), pileće bijelo ali i ćuretina, junetina, teletina, riba, povrće (grašak, krompir, mahune, kukuruz, brokula, špinat...) , voće, žitarice i orašasti plodovi. Nema smokE, keksa, koka-kole, fitnes čokoladica..(kako može čokoladica i fitnes u isti kontekst😆) Suludo je jesti nešto što vam se prosto gadi (zeleno palidrvce zvano brokoliiii tj.brokula 😝) i uvijek je tu zamjena (karfiol,jos gore🤣) jer ne bi trebala ishrana da vam bude patnja niti komplikovana. Držite se jednostavnog, komad mesa, povrće, salata. Mnogi ljudi ne obraćaju pažnju na ishranu, što na sitnice, što na bitne stvari i ubjeđeni su da će treningom sve riješiti. Ishrana je numero uno.🙋🏼 Random savjeti:
➡Džaba trening ako jedeš smoki i čips.
➡U nesu ima šlaga i ima šećera.
➡Voćni jogurt je više šećer nego voće. Kupi voće i stavi u jogurt.
➡Pavlaka nije isto što i svježi sir.
➡Kajmak je masan.
➡Holesterol se dobija zbog uprežene, pohovane i masne hrane, a ne od žumanjka.
➡Ovas i pšenica su žitarice, hidrati, ali hljeb je 865 puta obrađena pšenica , lišena hranljivih vrijednosti. Drž' te se ovasa.
➡Bjelanjak je najčistiji izvor proteina. U mesu uvijek imate malo masti(junetina, svinjetina...)
➡Sokovi su puni šećera.
➡Smeđi šećer je obojeni bijeli šećer.
➡Čokolada sa 85% kakaoa ima šećera.
➡Svako je drugačije građen i deblja se prvo na nekim mjestima (bokovi, stomak, glava😁...), a tako i mrša. Ne možeš ubosti prst u biceps raditi kao lud samo biceps da sagoriš salo samo tu. (📷: @dejanaratkovica)

Had to switch up the Tuesday/Thursday pack as Angus, Lennox & Quinn caught kennel cough from somewhere. So to keep the #adventures happening I picked up Taz & Willie (Mila is a given at this point) and we headed out to #DuckLake #skitrails to get in a good hike. It was Willie's first time with the #pack AND being #offleash , he did phenomenally!
