Exactly 8 months ago today, I ran the #hongkongmarathon2018 and brought home that amazing #racebling medal. One I will treasure a wee bit more than any of my other marathon medals, only because it was my first.
Feeling super proud of myself and my running achievements this year so far! 2018 has definitely been my year for running!
One thing I love to do after an event is look at my finishers tshirts, and between marathons and Half marathons and 10k, my god, this has been a great year for me.
Looking to my next half marathon next Sunday which will be my 3rd time Running the #glasgowhalfmarathon #greatscottishrun2018 and the most times I’ve ever done the same run, plus this will be half marathon no.6!

Back at track tonight. I’m going to keep doing sessions for as long as possible, just tone it down a bit. Last week I really pushed it and it totally wiped me out for the rest of the week; I have to get used to readjusting, which is hard. I think overall though it will be better to be more consistent and controlled and therefore be able to do more, than go really full on and the do nothing for a few days. I really enjoyed tonight’s session, even if I was completely at the back. πŸ˜„ β€’
