How is it going?
It is Friday - Yaaaay! The weekend is here and we have more time to go for a run or be active.
I started my weekend with a 7k run. It took me 40 min, but that is okay :) My body felt a bit sore after my 7s workout from yesterday, therefore I took it easy and just went to run off the soreness a bit.
The weather surprised me with sunshine, some wind and lots of rain at the end.
I am so motivated for my half marathon training 🙌 I hope this motivation will stay with me for the next weeks. It feels great to have a goal that you can work towards, doesn’t it?
