About last week..... Oh my!
Do you ever feel that about a vacation week?
Exercise time... Plan was every day. Happened 4 times in 8 days.
Nutrition... Will avoid..______. And then the appeal of your eyes over rides the brain.
All your intentions "go out the window" persay.
Do you regret it? Or just move on?
I feel a little of both, but I am okay with both.
Your body NEEDS time to rest. You are HUMAN.. sometimes desserts, carbs, pizza, wine, mojitos happen. (All may or may not have occurred.. just saying!😜). Moving on to cleanse out the body and get back on the road to one day at a time making a little progress daily with bumps in the road with "reality" intertwined right?!
