Half asleep runs means accidentally starting the Garmin on “indoor” mode instead of GPS, and not realizing it until after the run🤦🏻♀️ What’s even worse, I had a 5 mile tempo run planned. At least I have a reasonable explanation for why it felt so impossible to hit GHMP! I think I ended up running faster than GHMP, but didn’t quite get 5 miles in (I think). So here’s my best guestimation of how far I ran! Not too worried about how accurate it is because overall, I got about 30 minutes of hard work in and that’s what counts!
