W?D5 (one of these days I’ll look at my plan and actually figure out what week I’m on 🙄): 2 Miles up, 6 @ a really weird tempo: 7:49, 7:29, 7:32, 7:30, 7:17, 7:16, 2 down. I’m not sure where to go or what to do about these “tempo” runs. This isn’t even goal marathon pace. And honestly I’m not even sure if my definition matches with what a tempo run is. How do YOU do tempos?! Haaaalp
