Immernoch bisschen erkältet. Deshalb gestern und vorgestern nur jeweil ca. 4km gelaufen für den Januar-Streak.✌ Heute war wieder Laufkurs und heute durften meine Teilnehmer ein kleine Strecke mal so schnell laufen wie sie konnten. Ich bin vorweg und habe dann die Zeiten notiert um es in 4 Wochen zu kontrollieren. This FABULOUS 12 week program is designed to safely and effectively take the beginner to intermediate runner to the goal distance of their choice: 5k, 10k or half marathon! In Run Group, we don’t actually run - we train the muscles we use during running in class. But don’t worry... there is also a run training program to utilize outside of class!

Sound cool? It is! Registration is OPEN! Our 5/10k group starts on March 14th and the half group starts on February 14th. The goal race for all distances is the @calgarymarathon on May 27th.

I got to run 4.5 miles while Cora played in the basement next to me! I only had to jump off once to help her. I was so happy that she played independently and I was able to finish my workout this morning instead of putting it off until later! We did have a little help from Netflix on the iPad so she didn’t get too bored- do what you gotta do- am I right?? 460 🤰🏻miles and 37 days until the baby’s ETA!

Woo! It’s been a while since I’ve seen sub 47 min on the SLGR 10km loop. Felt good to see it again. A few sections I felt really slow, like I was going to be way over 47min, other bits I wasn’t really keeping an eye on my pace and slowed a little when I didn’t really need to.
Time to get home, eat and then #romwod to get all flexy!!😀

Behöver inte alltid vara så komplicerat, ett snabbt benpass hemma med hjälp av en 16kg kettlebell blev det ikv. Fyra olika övningar, 40 min, klar ✌️👌. Nu blir det sängen, i morgon vankas intervaller på bandet igen, hatkärlek till det haha.

30 minutes on the bike this morning with @onepeloton and @allymisslove and an hour of butt work this afternoon (ouch!!!). My husband got home and asked if I wanted to go out and run (um, duh!), but I had to get this workout in and I couldn’t do both. No worries though! That’s what the bike is for 😉😊. Workouts are done and it’s time for some protein. Happy Tuesday!
