Did you also know that Hot Mama’s Bootylicious Run Group is what reignited my love of running after I had my daughter? # This FABULOUS 12 week program is designed to safely and effectively take the beginner to intermediate runner to the goal distance of their choice: 5k, 10k or half marathon! In Run Group, we don’t actually run - we train the muscles we use during running in class. But don’t worry... there is also a run training program to utilize outside of class! # Sound cool? It is! Registration is OPEN! Our 5/10k group starts on March 14th and the half group starts on February 14th. I got to run 4.5 miles while Cora played in the basement next to me! I only had to jump off once to help her. I was so happy that she played independently and I was able to finish my workout this morning instead of putting it off until later! We did have a little help from Netflix on the iPad so she didn’t get too bored- do what you gotta do- am I right?? 460 🤰🏻miles and 37 days until the baby’s ETA!
