Bike commute Monday- saving my legs for a Tuesday run commute and a Wednesday long run. I'm looking forward to the long one on Wednesday because it will be my first time running 20 km since race weekend. 😬😆 I still haven't selected a marathon training plan but I know that I need to get on that soon, so any suggestions are welcome! .

This is not the best course, this race has never had “great” weather, there is no shade, there is hardly any relief from the heat but this will always be my race. It was the first race I pushed beyond 5k, it was the first race after a metal plate was put in my neck, it will always be my race. Hosszú idő után újra terepen: Compressport 2up2down, leánykori nevén Szimpla Élmény. 36 km a Mátrában, 1700 m szint, kétszer fel a Kékesre, és persze le is. Milán volt a párom, 5 óra 43 alatt meg is voltunk. 😊

I'm spellbound as I crossed past half my journey through the 100 days of running, yesterday. And what a way to do so, with 3106 responsible global citizens coming together to run for the oceans, clearing tonnes of waste from the Versova Beach. As I celebrate 50 days of running, I want to take this opportunity to thank all those who've believed in me, even on days I couldn't do so myself. To them and to my entire team of @adidasrunners who've made this journey so enjoyable (even in pain), THANK YOU 🙏🏼😃. Here's to 50 more days of kicking ass 😎💪🏼.

Today, in celebration of the World Oceans Month, three thousand one hundred and six global citizens came together to join forces with @afrozshh_ @adidas and @parley.tv to show their support towards our oceans and beaches. Together, they all ran 2.5k each, raised $7765 for Parley School of Oceans in under 15 mins and cleared thousands of kgs of waste from the Versova Beach. Together, they showed that with faith, we can move mountains, come what may. This spirit of togetherness feels me with hope for the better future we want to create for our kids. For all those who witnessed the sight of our beaches, and stood through the rains to not accept it and clear it, I hope you went back a better person. Together, we can.

Mon premier 10 km Trail en course officielle!! 1h11 fût mon temps! Je vous dit que la trail de la clinique du Coureur est très technique mais tellement malade!! .

Je penses maintenant à commencer à faire de plus grande distance en Trail! L’an prochain le 30 km! J’y pense sérieusement! Pourquoi pas! On verra bien!

Pour le moment je vais me concentrer sur mon 20km de la X-Trail du Mont Orford en Octobre et on verra après!
