Fit Friday indeed! Being healthy and staying in shape as I age is a priority to me. Everyone ages but everyone doesn’t have to be unhealthy and sickly when they do. Take aging by the horns and prove it to yourself. You can be in better shape, yes even when you’re older. I know this is so true for me. I am in much better shape in my mid40s then I was in my mid 20s.
Fill your mind with an “I CAN. I MUST” attitude. Consistency, surrounding yourself with other believers, and just not quitting even after setbacks is powerful stuff!
Do you need the love, support, encouragement, and inspiration of others to keep you going? That’s exactly what my support groups offer. My next group start October 1. We commit to ourselves and each other during our one month support group. Learn from others, share your struggles, encourage one another, and watch what a community of others can do to inspire you. Never give up on yourself. You deserve more and better!
