Around mid-October, I began to feel really rundown and exhausted. That constant exhaustion led to me halting my workouts because I couldn't shake the overwhelming exhaustion. I'm sure drinking gallons of wine and eating my weight in Halloween candy didn't help either. But I just felt like a short break from training and rest was more important than working out. The break was just what I needed because today I felt ready to run again and tackle some miles to prepare for the WDW half marathon in January. I'm back, baby!
