Stocked up on all the goodies to keep me on track while traveling for work this week 👍🏻 I find planning some meals ahead like this is so important when traveling because I’m usually out of my element working extra long hours at the client site and in meetings all day so I need to make sure I’m fueling myself properly, especially while training. For breakfast I plan to make oatmeal with @rightfoods superfood packet, berries, @justins almond butter, @traderjoes grainless granola, and @vitalproteins collagen peptides (not pictured). Snacks will be @perfectbar or @larabar (because options 💁🏻♀️) and bananas. Since I am traveling with a team this week I didn’t get to pick the hotel but I called ahead to make sure they have both a fridge and microwave available for my room. Pro-tip: most hotels have complimentary fridges and microwaves available on request if your room doesn’t already have one, you just have to ask! Ready to take on the new week, who’s with me??
