On Sundays we meal prep. But for me, I started yesterday and am just now finishing. I don't know why I can't do everything at once, but I always break it up into sections. Saturday I cook chicken in the crockpot and hard boil eggs. Sunday I prep my salads, cut fruits and veggies for snacks, and ends with overnight oats! [I prep all the dry ingredients, and only add almond milk to a few, then half way through the week, finish the rest.]
