It may have been a successful Monday, but I'm still dreaming that I could be back sitting on the sand listening to the waves roll in 🌊☀️We may not have made it to the ocean or even an official beach, but regardless the time in the sun does the body and soul good! And it was a nice few hours to reflect on the last three months and how far Jason and I have come ❤️ Okay but I won't get sappy!
Congrats to all of the girls and guys who completed the #tiubikiniseries the last 9 weeks! Sad that I missed quite a few workouts during the morning sickness but still excited to share a cheeky little transformation photo tomorrow ☺️ Now that I'm almost 14 weeks I took a cue from @emilyskyefit and tried to run/workout again and I think it's truly helping! My 2 mile run this morning may cause me to go to bed at 8 PM (👵👵👵) but the exhaustion is worth it 👌🏼 Any advice from my TIU & BBG mamas out there for working out the next 6 months??
