As you'll all be painfully aware by now, I've been working with the RSPB recently, not only on their WILD FEST poster but also on a self led trail map for the Botanic Gardens in Glasgow. I've drawn and painted a map as well as a few friendly critters to accompany it! They have been a pleasure to work with and I am so happy with the end results. Get down to the Botanics today and explore all it has to offer! If you fancy picking a print of the poster up in have some in my store still (link in the bio ) they're selling quick though!
A female Stonechat. It was Birds 4 pglee 0 at RSPB Vane Farm at Loch Leven today. Amazingly we saw an Osprey with a fish but he was just too far away, a kingfisher left its perch as we arrived, and a pair of Slavonian Grebe decided to head out to deeper water. Finally this was a lovely pair of Stonechat but of course I'd put my camera away by then, and the male wouldn't wait to have his photo taken. _ _ #birds#birdsofinstagram#britishbirds#birdphotography#ukwildlife#bird#rspb
During my last few weeks in Shetland we had some lovely sunsets. This also coincided with the immature puffins gathering on the cliff tops at the end of the season. In recent years the puffin numbers have declined in Shetland. They are traveling a lot further then they used to for fish.
