What is your favorite yoga pose?
Tripod headstand (mukta hasta sirsasana). This asana is part of my morning routine and although I still feel apprehensive at times, it gives me a feeling of power and freedom.
What are/is your guilty pleasure(s)? Ice cream! Any flavor (although my favorite is mint chocolate chip), any kind (gelato and frozen yogurt included), anytime (breakfast is not too early)!
What are you working towards?
FOR MY MIND I have been contemplating the 5th Yama aparigrahā specifically toward non-attachment; FOR MY BODY, I am working toward improving the depth and duration of my splits; and FOR MY SPIRIT I have been working toward increasing my meditation time and frequency. It is all a journey!
