‘Bye bye’ as i faintly whispered to my wobbly, jelly and barely-stand-up legs after the wod today.
I thought i was having a weightlifting 🏋️♀️ class when i walked in to the box this noon because cardio class doesn’t start until 5 pm but apparently life has decided to do a little prank on me, as usual. How am i not surprised 😑.
Today wod is all about legs. Sprint in 4 stations : 1000 m row 🚣♀️, 50 cals on airdyne bike 🚴♂️, 500 m row and 25 cals on airdyne bike with 3 mins rest in between. I should’ve had Carrie Underwood’s legs by now 🤦🏼♀️.
As if it’s not torturing enough for my legs, to top it all off, the cherry on the cake 🎂 is Annie (swipe left to see the full program). A myriad of double unders and sit ups. To make my life even miserable, i cannot do unbroken double under 😂. My kind of double under is single-double-single-double. So it’s not 50-40-30-20-10 DU, it’s 50DU-50S-40DU-40S instead. I was thinking to check myself in to the nearest ER after the class lho tadi ndra @andriandra, hahaha..
