I'm pretty proud of myself on this one, since I was only missing the row of 20 calories to complete this workout. (Ok, the truth is that I did ONE push press at the very limit of the time cap, or maybe one second after ;) )
I had a weight of 45 pounds, which was a bit too light for me (I was almost jumping while pushing the bar, oops).
Big fail in this workout though as I fell from the box while doing the last 20 box jumps over... I tried going too fast I think while getting down the box and I tripped, but I tripped getting down the box so I didn't hurt myself!
I have nothing special to say about the row... except that I was really focusing to keep a good form while rowing! 🚣♀️
