Monday Motivation!! Did you start off your week motivated to achieve your goals?
What motivates you?
What inspires you?
We can get motivation from many places but staying motivated is the key- especially in these cold, wet winter months. It doesn't matter where you find your motivation from as long as it works! I'm currently my own motivation, at 37 weeks pregnant, I'm really motivated and excited to work on my fitness again after the baby is born. It's been really hard to exercise and resist the pregnancy cravings but I remind myself how good I felt pre-pregnancy at my fittest & healthiest and I've just been doing my best knowing it will make it easier when baby J Lowe is born.
So I guess my question to you is.... what is your current motivation? If you don't know then you need to find it!
Or how do you stay motivated to reach your goals? What is going to keep you motivated and how much do you really want it? We are all different, so just find what works for you and go and smash those goals!
