Pollo Al carbon
I grew up in #puertorico where street vendors sold these yummy dishes. It was a treat to have what we called $4 chicken on our way to abuelita's in aibonito. What I now know to be #citrus marinated #rotiserriechicken. The grill was typically a 50 gallon drum rigged with chain link fencing poles. The wood wasn't some fancy apple, cherry or peach... it was pallet wood! I tasted salt, pepper, garlic, citrus... but most of, all I tasted love.
