Perusteet. Olkapäät. Kiertäjäkalvosin. Lämmittely. Olen huomannut että kovin monilla joilla on olkapäävaivoja on myös huono ryhti, jäykkä rintaranka yms vaivoja. Panosta aina kokonaisuuteen vaikka treenaisit yhtä ruumiinosaa. Koko keho on läsnä ja osallistuu. Moni olkapääliike sisältää painon tai kuminauhan, mutta ENSIN on osattava tehdä paremmin ilman mitään välinettä! Erittäin yksinkertaisilla liikkeillä ilman välineitä saa huomattavan paljon aikaan ja olkapäät voi heti paremmin. Tässä on yksi supersimppeli liike joka toimii lämmittelynä JA parantavana/vahvistavana olkapäille, mutta tee HYVIN. Katso tarkkaan: Ryhti, häntä alas, häpyluu ylös, vyötärö ylös, pää ylös, solisluut leveinä, lapaluut ja olkapäät leveinä. Purista nyrkit tiukoiksi, pidä ranne suorana, paina kyynärpäät kiinni kylkiin. Kun teet liikkeen älä anna kehoasennon huonontua! Tee kiertoliike olkavarrella, liike on pieni! Lavat liikkuu vain vähän ja itsestään kun keskitty siihen mikä EI saa liikkua, eli vain olkavarsi kääntyy. Tee monta toistoa, lepää tee uudestaan, tee paremmin, tee joka päivä varsinkin jos olkapäät reistailee!! Basics. Shoulders. Rotator cuff. Warm up. Most exercises for shoulder health include weights or resistance bands, but you should always learn to exercise without any equipment first. This exercise is very effective if you focus on quality, works as warm up and is healing for rotator cuff. Pay attention: Posture, tail down, pubic bone & belly up, head up, flat ribs, wide collar bones, wide shoulder blades, wide shoulders. Keep fists tight, wrist straight&tight, elbows pressed to body. As you move arms, think movement only from upper arm, think nothing else moving. This is actually quite hard when you do it well, that’s why it works. Do many reps, rest and repeat. You can do this every day!

Schmerzt die vordere Schulter nach Übungen wie Bankdrücken, Klimmzügen oder Military Press ist oft eine zu schwache Rotatorenmanschette Schuld. Die genannten Übungen verursachen alle eine Innenrotation in der Schulter. Viele vergessen in ihr Training ausgeglichen die Schulter nach außen zu rotieren und zu kräftigen. Ganz besonders der Infraspinatus, der für die Außenrotation der Schulter zuständig ist, ist oft viel zu schwach um hohe Lasten in den Grundübungen abzufangen. Durch eine regelmäßige Fehlbelastung kann es passieren, dass die Schulter nicht mehr an der richtige Stelle sitzt und sich Sehnen und Bänder entzünden. Ziel sollte es hier sein die verspannte Muskulatur wieder weich zu bekommen, die Schulter aufzudehnen und anschließend die Rotatorenmanschette zu kräftigen.
Diese drei Übungen helfen bei den ersten zwei Schritten sehr gut, für die Kräftigung werden noch Videos folgen. Führe die Dehn- und Triggerübungen drei mal fünfundvierzig Sekunden bis zu vier mal pro Woche durch. Wenn du Fragen zu den Triggerdingern hast, dann schreib mir. Shoulder Pain Rehab (PART 1)

⭐We're gonna break this Shoulder impingement/ Rotator cuff injury rehab into 3 parts.
.
⭐First up, working on the complete range of motion with motor control to get back mobility.
.
⭐Rotator cuff injury occurs usually due to repetitive overload and cause irritation to the shoulder.
.
👉In the first phase of rehab we'll concentrate on getting the load off the shoulder. Starting with simple shoulder movements with assistance (you can use the foam roller) in the first few days after injury.
.
⭐The progression to follow should be isometric --> eccentric --> dynamic loading.
.
🤜 Progress with the external rotators,, Y-T-Ws, butterfly rows with objects to work on activation and motor control.
.
👉 Lastly, in the first phase also concentration should be given on shoulder stability exercises like ball circles on the wall.
.
🙌 In the next video, we will focus on phase 2 i.e strengthening the shoulder.

After working on a long rehabilitation period for my bicep tendon and rotator cuff (amongst other places) I was lucky enough to work at the Stellenbosch academy of sport SAS. This exercise actually strengthens your shoulders as well as your core and triceps! 💪💯 strong shoulders are very important to prevent rotator cuff injuries. When the rotator cuff is injured (damage of the muscles, tendons and the bursae around the shoulder), it presents with an inability to flex and laterally raise (abduct) the shoulder. The pain is usually worse at night when laying on the affected shoulder with severe tenderness at the insertion of the supraspinatus muscle. Your doctor can diagnose it clinically or have an MRI done. Pain medications (NSAIDS), rest, physical therapy, steroid injections, and sometimes surgery are necessary to fully recover.
Strengthen your rotator cuff with regular light resistent exercises that target all functional movements of the shoulder joint to prevent injury. Stay fit and enjoy your weekend my friends! 💪 #movementismedicine #rotatorcuff
