Just wanna say something I wanted to for a while now, so exactly 2 years and 10 months ago I joined the gym and it was probably the best decision I’ve ever made. I joined the gym because I wanted to get big and look like all the fitness models like everyone else, but the older I got the more problems I got and more problems meant more stress and then I started to realize that Im not only going to the gym to try look good I go there to clear my mind and forget about all my problems. When you get past a certain point in your workout, the outside world becomes a little distant. Basically all I’m trying to say is that gym is really good for mental health and I advise anyone who is stressed or always worried about things to join the gym or anyone dealing with depression or anxiety. It mightn’t work for everyone but you should definitely give it a try.
