1 1/2 cup all purpose flour + more for dusting
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Coconut sugar
1/2 cup coconut oil, soft but not melted
1/4 cup Almond milk
2 red apples
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp apricot preserve
1-2 tsp Cinnamon
Cut apples in half and scoop the seeds, cut into slices and cover with water and lemon juice, microwave for 1-3 minutes or until soft enough to mold, set aside.
Combine coconut oil and flour with a fork until crumbly, add milk and then all of the dough ingredients until a ball of dough forms. Add more liquid or flour if needed.
Roll until you have a thin square layer of dough and cut into 2inch wide strips.
Spread apricot preserves and cinnamon to he strips and start layering apples on top of the them, fold the bottom part and roll the strip to form the rose shapes. Sprinkle with more sugar and bake in a muffing pan in a preheated oven at 375f for 30-40 minutes.
