Rosemary Essential Oil // my favourite study oil to diffuse. Rosemary is mainly well known for its distinctive flavour when used as a culinary oil, however, when used topically or aromatically can provide many health benefits. I personally love Rosemary Essential Oil as it helps me during my study sessions, assisting with mental clarity, concentration and retention of information. Rosemary Essential Oil has been my saviour for late night study sessions when concentration and focus levels are low after working a full day in the office. A perfect study buddy when you need some extra support to get you through.
Rosemary Essential Oil also holds many other wonderful medical benefits such as having antibacterial, antitumoral, Antifungal and anti inflammatory properties. Rosemary Essential Oil has been used aromatically* to assist with impaired memory, infections, boosted alertness, liver protective and even elevate moods for anxiety and depression sufferers. To further compliment this oil, it can also improve digestion and boost immunity due to its antioxidant properties. I also personally use Rosemary Essential Oil as a topical* in conjunction with Thyme Essential Oil for pain management, assisting with sore muscles and joints.
Above all, Rosemary Essential Oil has many wonderful benefits that can be incorporated into your daily and health care measures. For me personally, I love feeling supported by Rosemary Essential Oil, especially during exam time when stress levels are high and concentration and memory retention is critical. A lovely Essential Oil to help support brain functionality whilst providing many of these other amazing health benefits above. A must have.
