I can't count how many times we've had this conversation over the last 3+ years. It's finally starting to sink in lol. That and working with @emotionalmentalperformance has helped me see the bigger picture with my training day to day. Live to hit those big lifts another day. Even with misses you're putting the work in. That's what matters in the end.

Finally nailed this 135kg clean and jerk on the platform for a competition PR. It's been a long time coming. Taking a couple days off to rest the body then getting right back to work. Plenty more in the tank if I can improve the jerk timing. Thanks again to @burnscolin for coaching me through a solid meet.

This is pretty funny and basically what the last month of training has looked like so it might seem odd that I have never been happier with where I'm at in this sport.
