👋 Hello everybody 👋
Just a little video 🎥 my mom 👩🏻 took of me 🐻 eating my dinner 🍖 tonight!
Sorry for the lack of posting lately- my mom has been taking me back and forth to the vet a lot lately. 🤒 She says that I have been leaking urine a lot when I’m out of my cage, but I don’t really notice it 🤷♂️ what I do notice is that I ammm soOoOo itchy!! My butt, my legs, my head 🙈🙄 oof what a work out scratching is!
Anyways... mom said the “Vet” is supposed to “help” me, but I think it’s a horrible place. Even though my mom is a Licensed Vet Tech 🤓 and she assures me they’re doing the right thing, I still leave a little surprise in the exam room corner for them to find later... 😏 💩
The last times I was there in February and August and I got these shots called Lupron injections 💉 the first time I got it my itchyness stopped and mom said I didn’t have any accidents (although I think she’s just trying to embarrass me 🤔), but then in August my “symptoms” came back and another Lupron injection had failed me.
So between me scratching my brains out and mom chasing after me with paper towels and floor cleaner 🔫 she decided to bring me back to that horrible place where they had to put me under gas anesthesia 😷 then they had to shave ✂️ my back and stick and even bigger needle under my skin to give me this implant thingy-ma-bob that looks like this 💊 called a Deslorelin Implant which is a different steroid that is supposed to work better than the Lupron injections. (👀 you can see in the video where they put the implant - mom said it healed nicely 👍) It’s been a little over 14 days and my symptoms have still not subsided. Mom 👩🏻 and I 🐻 would kind of like all this itching to stop 🛑

I wasn’t sure how to come out and tell all of you wonderful followers that Romeo is sick, but I figured a little story 📖 from his perspective 🔍 might be an easy way.
