@marksmellybell and @andyfrisella said to do a 24hour fast - no food, just ketones, water, vitamins, coffee (I don't drink this...if you know my personality it's obvious why haha). Anyway, it's really easy. Lifting legs with totally normal strength. Some lil lame dude commented on Mark's post and was like 'sorry gotta lift legs'.
