6-8weeks ago we were worried he had a brain tumor because to us it seemed like the only explanation why his migraines were so debilitating and uncontrollable. But all the tests showed nothing. 3 weeks ago he decided he was done feeling like crap and he started eating right and working out for 30 mins a day (as best he could) 21 days later he’s down 12 lbs, countless inches and I can tell how much more energy and positivity he has daily.
