Some days you’re tired, low energy or other reasons why working out seems impossible/sounds awful. Today i decided if I didn’t have enough energy for a more intense workout, i definitely had enough energy to commit to movement and do my favorite dancing workout, so I did. It was a really tough workout for me but I had a blast and I moved! AND I MOVED!
