Why dumbells? 📌It Help to even out strength imbalances..!!💪🏻 ✅What to do:-✅ 1)place dumbbells on your leg.
2)kick one dumbbell up and hold it near shoulder..!!😄 3)Now repeat the same with other dumbbell.!✳️ 4)Lean back slowly and lift.✳️ 5)💢while lowering dumbbells twist them inside.
By this you will include many fibers.
6)when done,slowly turn the dumbbells parallel to your body.✳️ 7)lift your legs and place on them.!!🙌🏻
This prevents you from getting injured(shoulder,back)🙏🏻 ❌What not to do:-❌ 1)lift dumbbells unevenly.🚫 2)doing fastly.🤦🏻♂️🚫 3)throwing dumbbells sidewise.🙅🏻♂️🚫 PS:-If you cant control the weight,dont ego lift it..!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😁 This info is purely from my self experiences and self injuries.!!😅
