Being in denial doesn’t help anyone. I’m currently an anxious mess and I will happily admit I have or will loose my shit and the key is to warn people! Like my partner.... I give him about 30 seconds earning before I loose my shit.... I figure that’s enough time for him to prepare 🤣
Whether loosing it is just a momentary hissy fit or a solid “I’ve hit rock bottom” it’s ok to loose it. As long as you recognise it, allow people to know, and build yourself back up from there!
