AWARENESS YOGA | every Wednesday at 6:45pm
This is a very accessible and well-rounded practice, appropriate for all levels, including beginners. In this class, we take a relaxed, non-competitive approach to our yoga postures. We move and breathe with full awareness, which contributes to a clear mind and a healthy, strong body. Yogic poses and simple meditation techniques help improve your concentration, bring about self-connection as well as recharge the body. We end each practice with a guided relaxation.
Awareness Yoga with @vesna.sanders is a Hatha Yoga class that incorporates a gentle flow. It attends to all aspects of our being – body, mind, breath, emotions and the inner Self, with the goal of establishing you in the present moment. Try it!
