Happy Saturday!! Y'all know what that means... MEAL PREP! 😁👍 Look how beautiful and colorful that tray of fresh vegetables is! Took less than 45 minutes to chop, season, and roast in the oven. So happy with how they turned out and I can't wait to enjoy these meals throughout the week!
On the menu this week:
Breakfast- Whole-grain banana pancakes
Snack- Orange slices
Lunch- Oven roasted veggies and potatoes
Snack- 2 Hard-boiled eggs
Dinner- Salad with spring mix/spinach, walnuts, craisins, apples, hard-boiled eggs, and my favorite homemade vinaigrette dressing!
Dieting doesn't mean starving yourself or forcing yourself to eat tons of raw broccoli 🥦 (ick.. still not my favorite). My menu is full of delicious, nutrient-rich foods that I would normally eat, just in the proper portions. I'm more full than ever because my body is getting the fuel it needs to sustain itself, rather than something bulky that will only fill me for a short time.
Side note: 80 Day Obsession is going great! For the first time ever, I did EVERY. SINGLE. PUSH-UP. Holy progress!! 💪🔥 I know you're ready to see your own progress, so what are you waiting for?! 🤷♀️
