Who doesn’t like a little (cauliflower) head? 😏
As part of the brassica family, cauliflower is an awesome veggie for hormone balancing, and a whole bunch of other nutrients. Don’t like it plain? Toss it in the food processor for some cauli 🍚, just wanting 🍕? Well, you can make it a crust too. ⠀⠀
My favourite (and probably the best time saving way) is to just shop off the leaves, rinse, and throw it in the oven with some olive oil, pepper and turmeric!
