I've never posted any workout stuff here before (mostly because I'm incredibly self conscious about working out in general) but I figured I'd post this anyways. Set a personal best for my squats at 205. It's funny because I totally thought this was gonna end in disaster but I said "ah screw it let's give it a shot anyways." Road to 2 plates here I come! My high bar squat is pretty pathetic (mostly cuz I don't do it often) but managed a PR of 286 for a triple @8 and half, before x5 x4 @8. Then, a bench PR of 206 @9, after a heavy triple and before x5 x5 @6. Hi Coach @scott_silverstrength ! I hope you don't mind another form check. This is 190lbs. I tried focusing on my gaze further in this clip and today I tried to reach back with my butt. On rep 4 the left side hit something so that's why it looks kinda wonky. .
For my deadlift(230lbs), I saw that I'm going around my knees and I'm pretty sure that's not right. I watched Alan Thrall's video on lowering the deadlift and he mentions hips first. For some reason I'm having a hard time doing it. Any advice would be appreciated on how to properly lower the barbell so that my setup is consistent. .
Just wanted to say that the podcast is amazing and Wives Cut episode wasn't even that bad in quality in my opinion. I got a General Leathercraft 3 inch belt and it feels good to brace in! And also, I started Power Cleans this week(95lbs, it was tough!). Got a lot to learn for this exercise! Thank you again Mr. Hambrick. All your hard work is very much appreciated.

Followed up cardio with 100x2x5 pause squats aka holding @suusanc in a squat TEEHEE. . . . This was my PR at my first meet last February and now I can rep it! Yayaayyaayy progress!!
