I've never posted any workout stuff here before (mostly because I'm incredibly self conscious about working out in general) but I figured I'd post this anyways. Set a personal best for my squats at 205. It's funny because I totally thought this was gonna end in disaster but I said "ah screw it let's give it a shot anyways." Road to 2 plates here I come! My high bar squat is pretty pathetic (mostly cuz I don't do it often) but managed a PR of 286 for a triple @8 and half, before x5 x4 @8. Then, a bench PR of 206 @9, after a heavy triple and before x5 x5 @6. I was getting jealous of everyone copping L's, so I had to go get me one. Mock meet right before my birthday didn't go as planned😂squatted 386 (5 lb PR), benched 206 for a pretty bad grinder cuz I lost tightness, and deadlifted 426 for a 60 lb conv' PR. 1018 @156.6. Now that school's over, I ran out of excuses for my sloppy training...low bar top set 355 @7 (yung speed PR) before x6 x3 @8, then bench top set 205 @8 (yung speed PR pt. 2) then tried for 210 but kept having trouble w/ the unrack on this bench so fail.
