Yes, I could get my quads and hips open more to close the gap in my knees, but you know what....I'm not a regular bender so seeing my toes in front of my face was major!! That's the truth about my practice. Some people practice bending, bending, bending on a regular basis, but I personally jump into bending challenges just to hold me accountable for adding them into my practice. So, yeah, this has been a wonderful challenge and the end result today was mega rewarding! 💖 . @cyogalab@livesankalpa
#roadtoscorpion I have a twisted pelvis after a scooter accident 6yrs ago which means my right side of my back is so much less flexible than my left! Practicing against the wall with the wheel helps but I still can only get my toes to it... we all have our body quirks but if we keep going we'll get there. Endlich!
