Had some serious DOMs from yesterdays squat session. I feel some serious quad gains are in my future. Didnt wanna deadlift but did it anyways and now I feel 110% better. The difference between those who dream and do is discipline, just do it. 💜🙏💯 Hip dysfunction has proved itself to be fixed, no issues last two nights.
