Ending the season with an FTP test to gauge gains over the season. Virtual power meter says I went from about 190 Watts to start the season to 233 Watts to finish. Will take some time off then start working on the gains for next year.

So tonight I tried and squatted in my converse and it felt great! My knee pain been coming back and it has been hurting. Always trying to find different ways to lift pain free.

I honestly didn't wanna post this cuz of how painful it looks๐Ÿ˜‚ And I'm not tryna scare girls away from lifting...BUT I think it's necessary to show the process. That we don't magically arrive at heavy lifts with good form. This was my final set of 340 for 4x3. Before the form trolls descend upon me, this was an insane volume PR for me. I have a tendency to want to rush the lift off the floor to make it look speedy which causes my form to break and my back to round a bit. It doesn't help that the weight isn't the lightest! BUT, my back is fine. There was zero pain during or even afterward because I still braced my core and kept pushing through the floor. My knees love to kiss each other when shit gets heavy as well. BUT, another day, another dollar. Putting in that work to make this look less painful as time goes on. I had so much fun today.
