Alright guys! At the end of July going into August I did a 6 week fat loss program which consisted of a meal plan (I did not starve myself!) and some intense cardio workouts... Our Father In heaven knowwwws some days I was on the floor starfishing (on the floor like a starfish) during workouts contemplating life... some of the thoughts in my head included... 'girl you really wanna do this?... why you doing this to yourself?' 'But did you die tho?'
'Chhh I want cake 😣'
'Lil peanut butter can't hurt'
'I would eat a whole pizza now ya...'
'Teatimes or Oreos?'
'3 more weeks push thru!'
'Wha i really doing tho...'
'Stupse ...I shudda really stan home'
But nevertheless! Made it everyday... Stuck to the meal plan 85% of the time *slaps self* annddd the journey continues!
It is HARD WORKKKK but it is worth it! -Jamie
