⚠️Try these on your next back day⚠️ I'm going to call these unilateral straight arm lat pull downs idk if that's the actual name tho. These really stretch out the lats and activate the lowest part of the muscle where it ties into the lower back. It's okay to bend your arm slightly as long as you keep the angle constant throughout the ROM. I like doing these fairly light with slow and controlled high rep sets.
