To spice or not to spice 🤷🏻♀️How much spice is too much spice 🤷🏻♀️Do you think a baby can eat that 🤷🏻♀️
Ahhh, #parenthood. Where more questions and let's face it, #secondguesses run through my mind than I ever thought possible. None more so prevalent than whether Miss S can eat X food or Y. So, it was with bated breath I made #thaigreencurry for the fambam tonight. As you have come to expect, we like food with #stuff (said in the same voice of Napolean Dynamite, girls want guys with skillz 😏).
I used a little #waitrose recipe card for this meal, and I'm afraid my online searches for this recipe have proved futile... so you'll have to trust me when I say.. 🍛Chicken Stock + Lemongrass + Green Curry Paste + Coconut Milk
🍛Green Beans + Zucchini + Mushrooms
🍛Again, whichever carb tickles your fancy, in our case Basmati Rice. White. Butttttt probs should have used wholemeal #sozsienna
This meal had a reasonable spice, but most of that is contained in the sauce, so while the bowl pictured may look a little dry (if you look past the shadows 😬), it's bc I haven't added much sauce on account of #roadtesting the #spicetolerance!
Upon my husband's arrival home (a few hours after Sienna and I ate our dinner), I told him Sienna had eaten Green Curry tonight and she ate it like a #babyladyboss. His reply, does she ever not? 🤣 I guess he has a point, so now once again... this somewhat risk adverse mumma can remove this from the Ryan food Group Pyramid 😉#winning
