#motivationmonday for me today is being ⬇️ 3lbs over the past week, thank god for being busy because lord knows I was not on my best behavior with food 😅 but hey I will take it! Plus what is better motivation then finding this dope sweater at a flea market and buying it without trying it on and feeling confident it will fit?!
I'm setting myself a goal to lose 20lbs by the end of January (so 5ish lbs per month) and then maintain that loss for 3 months at which point if I maintained the loss I want to book plastics for my arms and chest.
But Caity how do you plan to achieve said goal if you haven't already done so?? EXCELLENT question! My biggest downfall is snacking so I am implementing a no candy or chip till Christmas challenge. Who's with me?!
