Left: 5 years ago, 90 lbs, running 30+ miles a week, eating at most 800 cals a day, struggling with eating disorders. Food was scary, eating in front of people made me nervous.
Right: 150 lbs, happily training a lot 😍🏃🏻♀️🏋🏻♀️, eating 3500 cals a day, arms are the size my legs used to be 💪 Eating according to my goals. Hide your cookies if I’m around🤷🏻♀️🍪😋 After gaining back weight during recovery I was always scared to be too consistent about tracking my intake thinking it could trigger my past obsessive and unhealthy behavior. I just made sure I was eating enough, just wasn’t enough of the right foods.
A few months ago I started working with @freakinnutrition being consistent with my numbers and I’ve shed the weight vest I was carrying around and feel better than ever in the gym. Freedom feels good 😊
You are worthy of everything you want regardless of your imperfections ❤️
