RIP Trainer High to Low Chop

Great rotational drill for improving the Flexion + Rotational pattern.
What to do:

1. Place left foot forward in a split stance. Right hand will go on top of RIP trainer with a palms up grip. The bottom hand will be pronated.
2. If your left leg is forward you will chop from right to left (and vice versa).
3. Naturally shift your weight to front foot but don’t let head move in front of base of support. You will lower your center of mass as you chop.
4. Exhale as you chop. Inhale coming back.
