Omg @fit_chefkev 's food is so good I forget I'm dieting and it's so well prepared and #fresh. Plus he customized my portions differently than my boyfriend's so I'm not obviously overstuffed, in comparison to other diet people. Plus we actually think it's even way more affordable compared to how much food we normally eat plus eating out. #fitfood #yummies #rightportions #thankyou

Lunch hack follow up- I saved that salad and ate it later with this hickory tuna which is my favorite to grab quickly! Great to toss in a salad!

I just got done giving the kids their evening snacks and thought to myself why do I feel so hungry?? I looked the the pantry to see what I could find. Then it hit me...you didn't have dinner yet!!

No wonder I was hungry, look at this plate full of food!! I still find it hard to believe that I can eat all of this food and maintain my weight loss. I know, it's crazy!! You have to just trust the process.
