Yum!! Snacks and lunches packed! Made sure I had a protein at lunch with my salad and lots of snacks!! Pepper's, grapes, cheese, apple, blueberries, cucumbers, carrots! TONS of food y'all!! This isnt even counting dinner!! #rightfood #rightportions #feelgood

Lunch hack follow up- I saved that salad and ate it later with this hickory tuna which is my favorite to grab quickly! Great to toss in a salad!

Something that I've gotten away from lately is prepping One of my favorite go-to meals/snacks-- overnight oatmeal!! And if you haven't tried it yet, well you're missing out!! You can Pinterest a variety of recipes but this is my fave because it keeps my macros fairly balanced! *1 cup unsweetened almond milk
*1 serving vegan shakeology (Gives me daily servings of vegetables)
*1 serving PRO-Tf powder (Boosts my protein)
*1/4 cup quick oats
*1 tbsp chia seeds

Stir and refrigerate!! I eat it plain but raspberries are my favorite fruit to add-on!! Choose any protein powder that works for you or if you want more info on the ones I use, message me!
