Did my vo2 max the other day and it took it's toll on my first 3rd cat race! (My excuse)
Was bloody hard though! Thanks to the guys at Brighton Uni involving me in their research on the "power duration relationship with priming" ok in English. How good warming up is for you. (I think 😂)
Going to be making a full video on it too so you can see me hurt, read my crappy results and find out the result of the entire research!
