🍲🇯🇵JAPANESE MUSHROOM SOUP w/GREEN TEA RICE🇯🇵🍲 Let do a recipe! When it come to weight loss food counts for 80-90% of it, exercise is the icing on the cake (though exercising may motivate us to feel more like eating healthy). While writing my essay I ate a couple of less-healthy options (celebratory pizza anyone?), while there is room in my food plan for the occasional less-healthy meals it’s good to get back to some tasty healthier things!
The other day I found this amazing mushroom selection. Fun mushrooms can be tricky to find, I always struggled to find them when living in NZ. But search those Asian supermarkets, food markets and organic stores! Or maybe grow/pick your own. You will need boiling water, veggie stock, mixed fun mushrooms, garlic, onion, soy sauce, miso paste, sesame oil, cooking oil, chilli/chill oil (if you like a kick!), and a few other veggies like capsicums, eggplant etc, watercress, short grain rice and green tea (I recommend one with a savoury flavour like sencha, genmaicha, hojicha etc). You can add tofu too if you wish! I’ll post instructions below!
