My leftover lunch today. My kids absolutely love this dish. I mix spaghetti with thin rice vermicelli and it tastes just like those noodles you get back in Singapore!! I overload it with protein from chicken fillet 🍗, shrimps 🍤, German luncheon meat (Fleischkäse) and bean sprouts. Add a dollop of super spicy belacan chill 🌶 and fresh coriander leaves ☘️ too!
