Patholi ~ A sweet dish steamed in a leaf. The jackfruit flavored batter (rice that is soaked and ground with jaggery, Cardamom) with coconut is spread on a teak leaf, and then steamed. Teak leaves gives an earthy distinct flavour. They are best served on a rainy day with a hot cuppa of tea or filtered coffee.
