Burgers on REPEAT this week 🍔
Used one of my old posts to recreate this recipe of homemade ground turkey burgers, just using what I had on hand! All you need to make these are a grill or skillet, a pound of ground turkey, and chopped veggie/cheese to make them tasty. I added red pepper, onion, kale, seasoned with S&P, cumin, little bit of basil, and onion powder. Topped with goat cheese (but can mix in that or a feta!)
Mix all in one bowl and form into balls/patties and cook in oil turning every few minutes. I put into oven on 350 for an additional 8 minutes to ensure it cooked through. It's also tasty to add some chicken broth when cooking for extra flavor!
Sweet potatoes 🍟 on my story - roasted at 425 for 35 min and a few min on broil. Tossed with oil, S&P and paprika.
